// We build the growth systems marketing agencies can’t
Stop Losing Jobs to the Business That Answered First
The leads are already out there looking for you. You lose them in the gaps: the search that never found you, the call that rang out while you were on a job, and the quote you meant to chase and never did. We are engineers, and we close those gaps for you. Then you watch the system working on your own number before you pay anything.
Free 30-minute audit · no pitch, no obligation · the findings are yours to keep
- 2:04pmCall missed. You’re on a job.
- 2:04pmText goes out automatically: “Sorry we missed you. What do you need, and where?”
- 2:06pmThey reply: “Water heater’s leaking, need someone today.”
- 2:41pmYou call back with the job and the address already in hand.
You watch this fire on your own number before you pay anything.
// Where the jobs go
You Are Not Losing Jobs Because You Are Bad at the Work
You are losing them in the gaps around the work: before they find you, while they are deciding, and in the hours when you are holding a tool instead of a phone. Every one of these was somebody who wanted to give you money.
They searched, and you were not there
Somebody two streets over typed in exactly what you do. Three companies came up. You were not one of them. Nobody chose against you that day, because nobody was ever given the option.
They found you, and hesitated
Nobody calls a stranger into their home without checking first. Your site took four seconds to show anything on their phone. Your last post was August. Six reviews, none this year, none answered. Nothing wrong with any of it, and nothing that says busy, current, safe.
They wanted you, and could not reach you
You were under a sink. It rang and rang. You heard the voicemail at seven and called back at 7:30. They had already booked the one who answered at 2:10. And the job you priced Tuesday and sent that night? You meant to chase it. Then three more landed.
None of this is a marketing problem. You cannot advertise your way out of a phone nobody answers. We start with the third one, because it is the fastest to fix and the only one you can watch working this week. Then we go back for the other two.
// What the gap costs
One Lost Job a Week. Here Is the Bill.
No industry averages, no borrowed statistics. Just your own arithmetic. Fifty-two weeks in a year, one job lost in each, multiplied by what a single job is worth to you.
| If one job is worth | Losing one a week costs you a year |
|---|---|
| 300 | 15,600 |
| 800 | 41,600 |
| 1,500 | 78,000 |
| 5,000 | 260,000 |
That is the whole case for doing something about it. Not a sale ending on Friday, just a number that keeps running while nothing changes.
Now count last week
Honestly. How many never found you, found you and picked somebody else, or called while your hands were full? If it was more than one, double the number and read your row again.
Then argue it down
You would not have won every one of them, so halve it. Halve it again if you are feeling harsh. It is still the biggest number on this page, and it comes back every year you leave it alone.
// What we build
Found, Chosen, Then Running
Most agencies sell traffic and stop there. There is no point pouring more of it into a bucket with a hole in it, so we plug the hole first, then turn the volume up. Same three stages your customer already moves through.
01. Get found
SEO
Ranking is downstream of a site that loads fast and reads clearly. We fix the technical layer first, then build the content and local signals on top, including the work that gets you cited by AI answers.
02. Get chosen
Social Media Marketing & Management
Most customers check your social before they call. We plan, post, and reply for you, so your feed looks active and trustworthy at the exact moment someone is deciding whether to book. Consistent presence, not a graveyard of old posts.
03. Keep running
Custom Software
When the spreadsheet stops keeping up and the workarounds cost hours every week, off-the-shelf has run out. We build the system that replaces it: orders, scheduling, routing, invoicing, reporting.
// What changes
What Your Week Looks Like Afterwards
Not features. The actual difference you notice, usually inside the first two weeks.
Nobody calls and hears nothing back
A missed call gets an immediate text asking what they need. You answer when you are down off the ladder, and you are not starting from a blank voicemail.
Your site opens before they give up
Fast on old phones on bad signal, which is where your customers actually are. The same work is what Google rewards, so it pays twice.
Quotes chase themselves
A polite nudge goes out on your behalf a few days later. No awkwardness, no remembering, and a share of the silent ones come back.
You stop being the system
Scheduling, invoicing, and who-is-doing-what stop living in your head and one shared spreadsheet. You can take a Friday off without the week collapsing.
People find you looking busy and trusted
A current feed and real reviews waiting at the moment someone is deciding between you and the next name down the list.
You can see what is working
Calls, bookings, quotes sent and quotes won. Numbers attached to money, not impressions, so you know which part to spend more on.
// Why us
We Start Where Marketing Agencies Stop
That boundary — where the code starts — is exactly where local service businesses lose money, because the expensive problems all live on the other side of it. We are engineers, so it is the side we work on.
You should not have to take that on faith. Here is the work we actually do, and what each piece changes for you.
Fast pages, with the before and after shown
Every build is held to a Core Web Vitals target, with the before and after shown to you.
Built so Google and AI answers can quote you
Structured properly, so Google and AI answers can actually read and quote your pages.
Your tools finally update each other
We write the connections so your tools update each other, instead of someone retyping at day’s end.
Recorded proof before you pay
You watch a recording of it working on your own account, then decide.
// The difference
Where a Marketing Agency Stops
Plenty of agencies are good at their half of this, and this is not a claim about all of them. It is the gap this studio was built to close, and every row below is something you can check today by asking whoever you use now.
| The question to ask | Typical agency answer | Ours |
|---|---|---|
| Who writes the code when the fix is in the code? | A developer they subcontract, eventually | The same people who took the brief |
| What happens to a call I miss at 2pm? | Outside the scope of the campaign | Answered automatically within seconds |
| Will my quotes get followed up? | That is your CRM, not our job | Chased for you, on a schedule you set |
| Is my site fast on a cheap phone? | It scores well on our tool | Held to a Core Web Vitals target, before and after shown |
| Can I see it working before I pay? | Here are our case studies | A recording of your own system firing |
| Who owns the accounts and the data? | Held in the agency’s account | Yours, in your name, from day one |
| How long am I tied in? | Six or twelve months | No long lock-in |
| What does the monthly report show? | Impressions, reach, followers | Calls, bookings, quotes sent and won |
If whoever you use now answers those well, keep them. Genuinely. If most of the middle column sounded familiar, that is the gap costing you the number further up this page.
// Proof
Check Us Before You Pay a Penny
You should not have to take any of this on trust, and a stranger’s quote on our own website would not give you a way to. So here is what you can check for yourself, before you have spent anything.
You watch your own system fire
Before anything goes live we record it working on your account, with your number and your details. Not a demo on a fictional plumber. If it does not do what we said, you have not paid.
The audit is yours either way
A written list of what is leaking and what it is worth, free, with no obligation. Take it to a cheaper provider and have them do the work. That is a fair outcome.
The finish line is a document
Scope agreed in writing before a line is written, so done means what we both signed rather than what either of us remembers in six weeks.
Everything is in your name
Accounts, domain, number, data. There is no long lock-in, and nothing of yours is held in our account, so leaving is a decision rather than a negotiation.
We will talk you out of it
If the audit says your problem is something we are not good at, we say so on the call. That costs us a month of revenue and saves you a wasted quarter.
Named results, or none at all
Any result we publish comes with a real business, real numbers, and someone you can call to check it. We will not fill that space with anything less convenient to verify.
// Who we build for
If People Have to Find You and Choose You, This Works
Local service businesses win or lose on three things: getting found, getting chosen, then answering fast enough to keep the job. Search and social do the first two; the software and automation catch what comes in and run the operation behind it.
Home services
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, cleaning, landscaping. Won on being first to answer.
Trades and contractors
Specialty trades, remodeling, project work. Bigger tickets, longer decisions, more follow-up.
Clinics and med spas
Med spas, wellness, mobile IV and GLP-1, specialty clinics. Trust decides the booking.
Operations-heavy SMEs
Distributors, route delivery, printing and packaging, professional services. When the spreadsheet has run out and the tools do not talk.
Something else?
If you run on leads, bookings, and repeat customers, this probably fits. Ask us and we will be straight about fit.
// How it works
Three Steps From Zero to Running
1
Free audit, 30 minutes
We go through your site, your call flow, and your follow-up. You get a plain list of what is leaking and what it is worth. You keep the list either way.
2
We build it
Scope agreed in writing, then we build. That includes the carrier registration that decides whether your follow-up texts arrive or get filtered out silently, which is fiddly, boring, and the reason text follow-up quietly stops working for a lot of businesses. We handle it, and you never have to think about it again.
3
You watch it fire, then approve
Before you pay, we send a screen recording of the system working end to end on your account. If it does not do what we said, it is not done.
// What runs on its own
Then It Works Without You
Once it is live, this is the path every new lead takes on its own, while your hands are full. Nothing to check, nothing to remember.
- Min 0A new lead calls or fills in your form.
- Min 1An automatic text goes out: “Thanks — what do you need, and where?”
- Min 3They reply. The details land in your inbox and your CRM at the same time.
- Same dayThey book from a link, or you call back with the job in hand. Go quiet, and the follow-up chases for you.
An example of the flow we build. You watch it fire on your own number before you pay.
// FAQ
Common Questions
What do you actually do?
Three things for local service businesses: social media marketing and management, SEO, and custom software. Some clients take one, most grow into the set. It all points at one outcome, which is getting you found, getting you booked, and keeping you growing.
How fast can you get something live?
We keep the first build small on purpose, so we can commit to a three-to-five working day window and put that date in writing before you agree to anything. Slower work like SEO shows over months rather than days, and we tell you plainly which is which up front so nothing feels like a surprise later.
Do I need to be technical or hands-on?
No. You answer questions about how your business actually runs, which nobody else can do. We handle the wiring and hand over a recorded walkthrough and a short summary. Most owners never open the back end after that.
What does it cost?
It depends on scope, so we quote after a free audit rather than guessing in public. Social and SEO are usually monthly. Software is quoted after a scoping call. Either way you get a real number in writing before anything starts.
What makes you different from a marketing agency?
We are engineers. We build the systems, write the code, and wire your tools together, rather than running ads and handing you a report. The technical work most agencies skip is usually the work that decides whether any of it holds up.
Do you work with my industry?
If you run on leads, bookings, and repeat customers, this applies. Home services, cleaning, trades, clinics, and med spas all run the same plumbing underneath, just with different words on the front. Tell us your trade on the call and we will be straight about fit.
I have been burned by an agency before.
Most people we speak to have been. Usually it was months of retainer, a dashboard full of impressions, and no more phone calls than before. That is exactly why we record the system working on your own account before you pay, keep the scope in writing, and put everything in your name. You are not being asked to trust us, you are being asked to watch.
Am I tied into a long contract?
No. There is no lock-in period, and we do not hold your accounts, domain, or number hostage to keep you. If the work stops earning its keep, you should be able to walk without a conversation about notice periods.
What if I already have a website I like?
Then we keep it. Plenty of the work is behind the site rather than on it, and a rebuild is only worth suggesting when the current one is genuinely costing you jobs. If it is fast and it converts, we will tell you to leave it alone and spend the money elsewhere.
What if it does not work?
You see it working before you pay, so the first risk is covered. After that, if a piece is not earning, we would rather change it or switch it off than keep invoicing for it. What we will not do is promise a number of leads or a ranking position, because nobody controls those and anyone who guarantees them is guessing.
What happens after I ask for the audit?
You send one message. We reply within one business day to set up a 30-minute call, and we go through your site, your call flow, and your follow-up together on it. The written list of what is leaking and what it is worth comes out of that call, and you keep it whether or not you hire us. Nothing is charged and nothing is committed at that point.
Why are there no reviews on your site?
Because we have not earned ones we can point you at yet, and writing them ourselves would be both easy and worthless to you. When there are real results they will come with a name and a number you can ring. Until then we would rather leave the space empty and let the free audit speak.
